   • Regularly scheduled visits that include proactive support and priority response to critical system failures.
   • Pre-purchased blocks starting at 8 hours per month.
   • Flexible contract terms with preferred rates featuring reduced remote support rates and no trip charge.

2. Network Monitoring

   • 24x7x52 monitoring of most network services and network connected devices.
   • Automated notification of problems with the ability to diagnose failures prior to critical business outages.
   • The ultimate in peace of mind and quick response to system issues.
   • Economically priced, based on components monitored and agreed response time.
   • Monitor one device or you entire network with status available from the web.

3. Hourly Services

   • As needed, IT support on a pay as you go basis.
   • Billed with a 1 hour minimum, then quarter hour increments.
   • Best effort response during normal business hours with after hours and weekend support available.
